This is the place where your memories can start. Almost half way between Wellington and Auckland so a great meeting place. A beautiful flat 8012sqm (more or less) section in Upper Kuratau section. This is a rural section and part of a small development with prestigious homes around you, be quick and snap up the last section. My vendor is a reluctant seller who had amazing house plans for the section but has been unable to proceed.
